Finance Process Lead S4/Hana

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will support the Finance process lead on our S4/HANA journey. Your day could start with a comprehensive review of ongoing projects, setting strategic priorities, and aligning with cross-functional teams across various time zones. Structuring complex topics into actionable steps will be one of your main tasks. Throughout the day, you will engage with multiple departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the overarching goals of the business transformation. You will address complex challenges, decompose them into manageable components, and drive impactful change by removing barriers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage high-impact S/4HANA rollout projects, preparing for and implementing large-scale business process transformations
• Actively engage and collaborate with diverse capabilities and organizations to ensure alignment and integration of digital transformation objectives
• Structure complex topics into clear, actionable steps, simplifying processes for effective execution
• Facilitate robust communication across teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Help with SAP trainings to the Finance community
• Identify potential risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them. Resolve escalations and ensure flawless project execution, escalating unresolved issues as necessary
• Manage and prioritize the requirements and expectations of key business stakeholders with a focus to ensure business continuity

What You Bring

• Finance or Management Bachelor's or Master's degree required
• Strong program management skills in complex environments (e.g., agile).
• Experience as a SAP S/4HANA business consultant or analyst or similar on FI/CO area is required
• Expertise in digital transformation projects focused on Finance and business process optimization.
• Dedicated personality with a strong motivation to inspire change and enhance business processes for future success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English, other languages ??? especially German - are a plus

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
