Job Description

Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury operations, cash flow management and financial planning? Do you enjoy leading teams and driving process improvements in a dynamic environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

What You Will Do:

• Oversee treasury operations - Manage cash flow, banking activities, and financial risk in alignment with internal policies and group regulations.
• Optimize financial planning - Ensure accurate and timely cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, supporting long-term business strategies.
• Enhance internal processes - Continuously improve treasury workflows, ensuring efficiency both internally and within external Shared Service Centers (SSC).
• Ensure regulatory compliance - Monitor AML reports, escalate incidents when needed, and oversee internal financial control systems.
• Lead and develop the team - Define roles, assign responsibilities, evaluate performance, and foster professional growth through structured development plans.
• Drive strategic projects - Participate in company-wide initiatives and contribute treasury expertise to enhance financial services and internal financial processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Experience with accounting software, preferably SAP;
• Knowledge of Economic Forecasting;
• Understanding of Statistical Analysis;
• Fluency in English
