Cerinte

You will be successful if you are:
• A student or recent graduate
• Passionate about HR and recruitment, demonstrated through extracurricular activities
• Curious, organized, and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator in both Romanian and English.

Responsabilitati

A day in the life of a TA Intern:
• Work closely with our TA team in the implementation of the Summer School initiative (communication, recruitment and hiring of participants, attendance sheet).
• Be the point of contact for the Summer School interns (onboarding, feedback centralization etc).
• Work with the TA Specialist to assess and hire the students for the Summer school.
• Assist in execution of local Youth strategy (communication preparation, cooperation with universities and student organizations, facilitate workshops and lecturers for students, etc).
• Provide support in recruitment and employer branding activities (draft job ads, conduct prescreening, schedule interviews, organize student events etc)
