SAP Trainee Program – SAP Consultant (m/f/d) - voestalpine

voestalpine group-IT GmbH is the global IT partner within the voestalpine Group. As an integral part of Group IT, we work together with IT management in the Group companies and Group IT to build the IT foundation that enables innovation. To ensure that voestalpine remains "one step ahead".

The Business Solution Railway Systems department is dedicated to comprehensive SAP consulting and services as well as solutions developed for the Railway Systems business unit. Our team creates high-quality, innovative and customised solutions based on the SAP platform to support voestalpine's business processes.

The Railway System business unit of the voestalpine Group is on the threshold of a large-scale implementation of SAP S/4HANA in its globally operating companies. In an innovative greenfield approach, an SAP S/4HANA template is being created and implemented in a first step at the company in Buzau, Romania. In addition to the further development of the template, it will subsequently be rolled out to all Railway Systems companies worldwide.

We, voestalpine group-IT, as the central IT service provider in the voestalpine Group, want to make a major contribution to the success of this Railway Systems project and are looking for innovative talents to be trained as SAP consultants.

What you can expect: Together with other trainees (m/f/d), you will receive a varied training program that will prepare you for the exciting challenges ahead:

• SAP training and certification: Comprehensive theoretical and practical training on SAP applications and technologies
• Mentor system: support from experienced mentors (m/f/d) throughout the entire trainee program
• Additional qualifications: Strengthening of soft skills and methodological competences (project management, presentation techniques, etc.)
• Practical know-how: Intensive exchange with our customers (m/f/d) within the voestalpine Group. Application of the acquired knowledge in an S/4HANA Greenfield project and other various customer enquiries

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's / Master's degree specialising in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or similar
• A career in the IT environment is desired - IT affinity
• Strong interest in technical and business consulting
• A job in a highly complex and international environment is sought as a personal professional goal
• Basic knowledge of any programming language
• Very good knowledge of English (C1) for working on international projects
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Customer orientation and solution expertis
• High willingness to travel
