Global Senior Financial Analyst

A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a Global Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and excellent organizational skills with large volumes of data from different sources. The ability to quickly analyze the details and provide a summarized view for management is highly desired. The ability to continuously look for improvements in automation and digitalization of data is also a plus.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Oversee global headcount controlling ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• High level or organization and analytic ability needed with deviations to various KPI's that need to be monitored and reported on a global level.
• Provide guidance and recommendations in alignment with strategic planning and further communication with IMB management.
• Develop and lead the budgeting process with respect to global headcount reporting, including making proposals with a clear understanding of the development and deviations.
• Improve and increase efficiency of reporting landscape by driving automation and digitalization (create and maintain dashboards, further automate processes, etc.)
• Support global business controlling team in IMB budget and monthly operational review preparation to include additional strategic topics and report topics including deep dives as needed could be analysis of discretionary spending, travel costs, forecast quality, overall KPI's.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent and MBA, CPA or other equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 3 ??? 5 years of progressive professional experience in a global enterprise. Directly related accounting and/or finance functional experience with emphasis on financial planning, reporting, forecasting and controlling.
• Strong Excel, MS office, think cell and presentation skills required. Tableau, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with accuracy.
• Ability to digest detailed information and bring to a summarized level for executive management and demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas in an effective and efficient manner, verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in English, German is a plus
