We are currently seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on an unlimited contract. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent for high-volume and recurring positions in sales, marketing, and operations, including Inside Sales Representatives (ISR), Sales Development Representatives (SDR), and Customer Success Representatives (CSR). 

Your Tasks Will Include: 

• Developing innovative sourcing strategies specifically tailored for high-volume sales, marketing, and operational roles. 
• Proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks. 
• Managing candidate interactions and sourcing activities using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
• Optimizing the talent pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring needs in sales and operations. 
• Utilizing data-driven insights and AI tools to enhance sourcing techniques and improve candidate engagement. 

What We Expect From You: 

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales, marketing, or operational roles. 
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms. 
• Strong analytical and time management skills to manage high-volume recruitment effectively. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach. 
• Excellent written communication skills to engage with candidates effectively. 
• A creative mindset and natural curiosity to explore innovative sourcing methods. 
• Sufficient proficiency in English to communicate effectively with international teams
