Fildas Catena Grup reprezinta un grup de companii cunoscute si puternice pe piata farmaceutica. Calatoria noastra a inceput in anul 1991 cu o echipa mica de oameni valorosi, cu ambitii mari in misiunea de a promova Sanatatea in Romania prin contributia permanenta la imbunatatirea sistemului de sanatate, prin calitatea superioara a serviciilor oferite, prin inovatie si diferentiere. Requirements

What We Are Looking for:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication and Public Relations or Advertising and Media;
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in pharma, retail or FMCG;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship attention-to-detail skills;
• An ambitious, dedicated, and organized individual, capable of managing activities effectively and meeting deadlines;
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel);
• Fluent English (spoken and written);

Responsibilities

What would the job responsibilities be?

The main responsibility is to launch new private label products (cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices, OTC’s) and coordinate the marketing campaigns dedicated to them.
• Analyze various categories/ therapeutic areas to identify opportunities for launching private label products;
• Send project specifications to approved suppliers, request samples, and provide feedback to suppliers;
• Coordinate the creation of the packaging, together with the creative agency;
• Propose the promotional plan for the allocated products and create briefs for marketing campaigns;
• Analyze sales, stock, and the performance of the marketing campaigns you coordinate;
• Create product presentations;
• Efficiently coordinate the implementation of projects, from the idea phase to launch and sales tracking;
• Create and update the database with suppliers and potential products;
• Build successful relationships with both internal departments and business partners.
