    Cerinte

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting as minimum university qualification, Master degree
    would be desirable (preferable ACCA)
    • 8+ years of experience in Finance & Control, previous FMCG experience would be an advantage
    • Mandatory knowledge of IFRS and Romanian Accounting Standards, awareness of local tax rules
    would be a plus
    • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, business level communication and excellent presentation skills
    • Proactive, challenging and positive approach in terms of problem resolution
    • Knowledge and exposure to international accounting issues and reporting requirements
    • Proficient advanced PC user (MS Office, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, data basis exploitation)
    • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring quality financial reporting implementation by developing, documenting, utilizing and
    enforcing the use of a set of reporting procedures that meet objectives and business goals
    • Manage collection and consolidation of all financial data necessary for reporting of the
    consolidated business results
    • Coordinate, facilitate and oversee data used in various financial statements and reports by
    interacting with different departments and stakeholders across the organization
    • Prepare a wide range of company financial reports, both for internal use and external reporting
    • Cooperate within the rest of Finance team to ensure smooth and timely period end closing and
    lead the finance reporting process
    • Monitor BI and data management technology trends and introduce innovative solutions to meet
    business needs
    • Provide support and challenge to ensure the quality of data, working closely with other
    functions to improve accuracy and timeliness
    • Participate in constant improvement of controlling processes and tolls implementation to
    ensure better accuracy, speed and analysis
