    Required Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly and concisely.
    • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
    • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Romanian is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales force automation tools.

    • Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and predictive models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
    • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to management and stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
