Digital Finance Project Manager

As a Digital Finance Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with Wind Power Finance teams, harmonizing and simplifying financial processes to drive digital transformation. You will strive for harmonization and simplification of financial processes with a focus on the harmonization of the planning solutions. The main goals are to coordinate the end-to-end financial planning tools and systems in Wind Power.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Project Management: Coordinate the harmonization of planning systems and tools to streamline financial processes.
• Business partner with WP Finance organization, understanding their needs and requirements in alignment with the broader finance digitalization strategy.
• Digital Innovation: Propose innovative approaches to digitalized financial processes and design solutions to support the business at the execution units and functions.
• Change Management: Implement strategies to drive the adoption of digitalized financial processes and systems, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive Business Area Finance planning digital transformation

What You Bring

• You have a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• You are a finance professional with 5-10 years of experience, possessing deep knowledge in controlling areas and commercial project business
• You have a creative mindset, eager to innovate processes and tools, and drive the digital transformation journey.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of SE financial systems including EPM+/Esprit. Experience with S4Hana is a plus.
• You are accountable, take initiative and at the same time want to have fun at work with colleagues that care for each other.
• You have excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
