    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly, providing critical support across multiple areas including office management, administration, finance, HR, and special projects.     Responsibilities

    1. Office Management & Organization

    Answer and direct emails to appropriate team members.
    Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and orders are placed as needed.
    Maintain and update filing systems, including accounting Excel sheets.
    Schedule meetings and appointments for the team.
    Coordinate office maintenance with vendors and service providers.
    Scan, organize, and file all invoices and paper receipts for easy access.

    2. Administrative Support

    Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
    Manage calendars and set reminders to keep schedules on track.

    3. Financial & HR Assistance

    Handle expense reports and process reimbursements for team members.
    Assist with tracking employee timesheets for payroll accuracy.
    Coordinate with the HR company to generate payslips.
    Maintain a continuous recruitment pipeline for tech roles, such as programmers or developers.

    4. Communication & Coordination

    Draft emails and other correspondence for the team.
    Assist in planning and organizing meetings and company events.

    5. Special Projects

    Research and gather information to support reports and presentations.
    Provide support for project management tasks as needed.
    Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to meet business needs.
