    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
    - A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the payments industry, ideally within the gambling sector.
    - Strong knowledge of payment operations and compliance regulations (AML, KYC, GDPR).
    - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    - Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and Excel.
    - Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
    - Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a collaborative spirit.

    Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a knack for building strong relationships, a passion for operational excellence, and an ability to drive performance in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    As the Payments Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

    - Managing relationships with Payment Service Providers and vendors:
    Building strong and positive partnerships with key contacts at PSPs.
    Supporting the evaluation, selection, and integration of PSPs.
    Monitoring performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
    - Overseeing contracts and Service Level Agreements:
    Negotiating terms, pricing, and performance metrics in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
    Regularly reviewing contracts and initiating renegotiations when necessary.
    Maintaining a global contract matrix and monthly cost overviews.
    - Facilitating PSP onboarding:
    Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Collaborating with internal teams for smooth integration and maintenance.
    - Coordinating training and incident management:
    Assessing training needs and organizing sessions with PSPs.
    Ensuring prompt resolution of incidents in collaboration with internal teams.
    - Managing access rights for PSP back offices:
    Developing and enforcing access policies, defining user roles, and maintaining account integrity.
    - Reporting and documentation:
    Maintaining accurate records of interactions, agreements, and performance metrics.
    Generating analytical reports to support decision-making and highlighting pain points.
