Your mission  

As a Talent Development Intern, you will be part of the passionate team that creates the foundation to accelerate our people's growth, elevates our leadership capabilities by growing world-class leadership, and drives a high-performance inclusive culture.  
 
As a Talent Development Intern, you’ll contribute to designing and delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience around our initiatives related to performance and growth of UiPathers. A successful team member will be creative, detail-oriented, a problem solver with a desire to contribute and learn as much as possible. 
 
What you'll do at UiPath 

• Contribute to the design, implementation and measurement of success for our learning and growth initiatives. 

• Offer support for the implementation of the learning strategy. 

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to connect the dots and ensure a strong communication flow within the Talent & Leadership Growth team. 

• Apply your creative abilities while following general guidelines to support in producing and maintaining various materials such as presentations, one-pagers etc. 

• Contribute to talent and leadership growth initiatives such as career management, employee development, leadership development programs, and more. 

• Contribute to the implementation of our performance management process and philosophy 

What you'll bring to the team 
 

• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing work time efficiently. 

• Basic project management skills, such as planning, coordination, follow-up, and deadline management. 

• Advanced English language knowledge, both written and spoken. 

• An eye for turning data into actionable insight. 

• Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with global colleagues. 

• Strong team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table. 

• Nice to have: previous volunteering experience or a previous HR Internship experience.

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team.
