Job Description

Join the team and you will be in charge of:

• Coordinating the import-export activity and maintaining relations with external suppliers;
• Preparing documentation for obtaining the necessary authorizations required to import the articles;
• Checking the documents related to the orders and entering external invoices in the system;
• Processing import documents and internal and international transportation documents;
• Calculation and validation of the purchase price ;
• Keeping permanent records of import trucks and of the agreed transportation routes;
• Processing documents of origin and certificates of origin for exported goods received from suppliers;
• Verifying external invoices and documents accompanying the delivery, by associating customs codes;
• Providing training to external suppliers on ITU (UIT) codes and standard working process;
• Verifying the timely and correct generation of ITU (UIT) codes.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Previous experience in a similar position (import - export, Intrastat, Data entry etc.);
• Ability to work as part of a team and excellent communication skills;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Flexibility and reliability;
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word etc.)
