Profile:

• o Solid experience in SAP system configuration, implementation, and support, with expertise in one or more key modules.
• o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex processes and propose practical solutions.
• o Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• o Experience in driving process improvement projects and familiarity with change management principles.
• o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• o Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Business Administration, or similar); SAP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• o Analyze, design, and optimize SAP-enabled business processes across key modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).
• o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• o Configure, test, and implement SAP processes while ensuring seamless integration across systems.
• o Identify improvement opportunities and provide strategic guidance for process optimization and automation.
• o Lead workshops, document processes, and provide expert-level support to end users.
• o Manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure business continuity.
• o Serve as a liaison between operational teams and central experts functions.
