    Qualifications

    Studies:

    • University Diploma;
    • High school Diploma.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Language: English and/or another language, B1 or above;
    • University degree or adequate work experience (studies in finance, accounting or technical fields);
    • Analytical and logical approach;
    • General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP with focus on Accounting or Authorizations;
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
    • Assertiveness;
    • Ability to drive changes in processes and organizations;
    • Careful and structured performance;
    • Good communication, documentation and presentation skills;
    • Ability to work very accurately, high attention to detail;
    • Willingness to take on responsibility;
    • Good ability to communicate and work in an international team, as well as independently;
    • Willingness to travel;
    • Experience in IT user and role administration creation;
    • Knowledge of ERP system authorization concept and data security;
    • Experience in using IT ticketing system - queue management and ITIL processe.

    Job Description

    Main attributions and responsibilities:

    • Responsible for standardized documentation, training, and support of all Authorization-LAC and end users for GS/EF related authorization issues;
    • Represents the Authorization team in various meetings (GPOs, CI, C/AU, GE, External Auditors, Application, Module Owners, Process Experts, other Central departments, etc.);
    • Defines risks in collaboration with the GS/ACE Global Process Owners (AIM Risk Catalog);
    • Suggests correct authorization checks to be included based on the authorization chapter of a Business Requirement (BR);
    • Checks requests regarding authorization changes for suitability and compliance with central directives;
    • Implements Detective Controls of user assignments within GS/EF in cooperation with AIM-R;
    • Handles role and/or authorization related queries and tickets;
    • Approves roles related to finance;
    • Manages SAP new user creation, role creation, and assignment to users;
    • Conducts user cleanup (e.g., identifies and deletes/blocks old users);
    • Troubleshoots authorization issues with key users and other analysts;
    • Develops, maintains and documents authorization concepts;
    • Supports user security audits;
    • Offers support for SAP licensing activities;
    • Manages incoming tickets from key users requesting support;
    • Addresses and escalates tickets that cannot be resolved by associates;
    • Handles and assigns tickets to appropriate team members in IT;
    • Monitors ticket progress to ensure timely closure;
    • Reads, understands, and applies procedures from the area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company;
    • Acts as a point of contact for any AIM rollout projects where FI roles are in scope;
    • Creates workflows for role changes and/or creation of roles;
    • Conducts risk assessments of role assignments to users in RB-AIS runs (RB-Audit Info System) and related communication;
    • Fulfills any other tasks related to the area of responsibility as requested by the direct superior.
