• Master's/Bachelor's in Computer science, Business, Data Science, Psychology, or related field;
• Knowledge and proven experience of implementing Generative AI solutions, LLMs, AI-driven HR tools, and analytics platform;
• Robotic Process Automation (Preferably Automation Anywhere and/or MS Power Automate);
• Low Code Application Development (Preferably Outsystems and/or MS Power Apps);
• Generative AI & Chatbot solutions;
• Data Analytics (MS SQL, MS Power BI);
• Strong background in analytics, digital transformation, and process automation and in digital transformation related activities;
• Fluent in English; 
• Strong customer-orientation for understanding customer needs to provide customized solutions;
• Business analysis skills including effective collaboration with customers to understand their needs and deliver quality solutions;
• Experience within the HR IT field is a plus.

About the Role:
As an HR Digitalization & AI Transformation Expert, you will be at the forefront of integrating Generative AI, automation, and digital innovation into HR practices. This role will bridge the gap between AI-driven solutions and human-centric leadership, ensuring that HR remains innovative, data-driven, and people-focused. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to shape the future of work.

AI & Digital Innovation in HR:

• Identify and implement AI-driven HR solutions (e.g., Chatbots for HR, AI-assisted learning platforms.
• Explore the use of Generative AI to create adaptive learning experiences, leadership development tools, and HR automation processes.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment in HR, aligning with ethical and regulatory standards.

HR Data Analytics & Decision-Making:

• Utilize AI-powered people analytics to generate insights on employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce trends.
• Drive data-based HR decision-making through predictive analytics.
• Support strategic workforce planning using AI-driven forecasting tools.
• Build or set up data analytics dashboards to measure HR KPI or to support HR to take data-driven decisions.

HR Digitalization & Process Optimization:

• Improve HR processes with automation, digital tools, and AI-enhanced platforms.
• Act as a strategic consultant for HR leaders on digital transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT & HR teams to drive HR tech adoption and integration.

Learning & Leadership Transformation with AI:

• Support the team with AI tools and digital solutions to develop training programs and coaching tools.
• Support and play a consultant role for HR in terms of digital upskilling and improve digital maturity of HR.
