• Identifying, analyzing and mitigating potential risks that could impact the company
  Creating risk management policies and strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
• Performing risk evaluations and risk assessment and develop strategies to minimize or manage potential threats
• Recommending risk reduction measures or contingency plans in case a risk materializes
• Recommending and implementing control measures to prevent or reduce the impact of risks, collaborating with various departments
• Preparing risk dashboards and periodic risk reports
• Developing and maintaining a centralized risk register, ensuring that risks are properly classified and assessed based on probability and impact
• Developing and tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor critical risks and provide early warning signals

What you'll need to succeed:

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is typically required
• Certifications like Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM)
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Risk Management Specialist or similar roleas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
