    The energy sector is evolving, and so are we. As we grow and adapt, we are looking for an Junior HR PM with a passion for people management and project coordination to join our PO team. You will play a key role in helping us develop and execute HR strategies that foster an engaged and high-performing workforce.

    What You'll Do

    o Support the People & Organization team. Assist in daily HR activities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    o Master the art of calendar coordination. Take charge of scheduling, ensuring that meetings do not overlap, and attend meetings while learning how to organize them efficiently.
    o Track and manage project deadlines. Stay on top of key timelines, keeping records of project progress and updating stakeholders on the status of ongoing initiatives.
    o Shape impactful HR projects. Contribute to real-world projects that directly affect employees, synthesizing key insights into reports and presentations that drive decision-making.
    o Collaborate with the P&O team.Partner with the HR Director and other HR managers to execute projects covering a wide range of areas, from recruitment and onboarding, to professional development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture. You will be responsible for ensuring that these projects are implemented efficiently and have a positive impact on employees and the organization as a whole.
    o Align HR initiatives with business goals. Work cross-functionally to ensure that HR programs support and drive business objectives, making a tangible impact across the company.
    o Elevate administrative support. Take responsibility for HR administrative tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining accurate employee records, and handling inquiries efficiently.

    What We're Looking For
    o A background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (experience in HR or project management is a plus).
    o Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    o A collaborative mindset--willing to work closely with colleagues and leadership to achieve common goals.
    o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    o Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    o Motivation, curiosity, proactivity, and a strong team spirit.
    o Desire to learn and grow in the field of HR and project management.
