    Join our team if you:

    - Are a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a company with over 100 employees.
    - Hold a degree in human resources, psychology, administration, or a related field.
    - Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of Romanian labor legislation, payroll processes and HR best practices.
    - Have solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and intermediate English language
    skills.
    - Are highly organized, with excellent communication & social skills and an eye for detail.
    - Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    - Can prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
    - Have a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a positive, results-driven attitude.

    Responsabilitati

    As HR Admin & Payroll Specialist, you will:

    - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, with a strong focus on delivering a positive and seamless experience for employees.
    - Manage employee files and handle contractual documentation (employment contracts, amendments, terminations, etc.) and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    - Be responsible for the monthly payroll processing in Saga, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and taxation.
    - Assist with benefits enrolment processes, manage the flexible benefits package and coordinate with third-party benefits providers.
    - Provide regular status updates and tracking metrics related to HR processes.
    - Support the implementation of performance management processes and career development initiatives.
    - Assist in organizing professional development programs, including workshops, certifications and help track employee participation in
    learning programs, providing logistical support and coordinating learning schedules with department leaders.
    - Help plan and organize HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
