    IHM Total Consult este, incepand cu iunie 2019, parte din SGB Humangest Holding, un grup italian de companii care ofera servicii de consultanta specializata in domeniul selectiei, formarii si managementului resurselor umane. IHM Total Consult a fost fondata in 2004 si se afla acum printre primii 5 jucatori din domeniul resurselor umane pe piata din Romania, avand in vedere cifra de afaceri.

    Cerinte

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree;
    • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably Customer Support in an international work environment;
    • Experience using and understanding CRM/ERP system business processes a plus;
    • Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus;
    • Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
    • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills (written, verbal, phone, email);
    • Ability to build relationships in a virtual team and work collaboratively;
    • Proactive, solution-focused, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude;
    • Well-organized with effective time management and a results-driven mindset.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    • Collect and verify customer inquiries regarding product availability, stock, pricing, lead times, and order minimums;
    • Validate and enter purchase orders promptly while resolving issues (e.g., pricing discrepancies, credit holds).
    • Schedule orders based on customer requirements and available stock, and maintain order entry documentation.
    • Serve as the key interface between customers and internal teams (ISC, Logistics, Finance, Sales) to meet expectations and maximize revenue.
    • Communicates proactively with the customer, providing relevant information to potential delays, relevant status updates on open backlog.
    • Manage and update order backlogs, ensuring smooth month-end and quarter-end closures.
    • Handle customer disputes regarding returns, defective items, and damaged shipments, ensuring rapid resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to process financial corrections on disputed invoices.
