What is the role about:

• Support the team in analyzing trends, identifying patterns, and deriving actionable insights from data.
• Collaborate with performance management team members to provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
• Work with Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization.
• Document findings and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining and updating data models
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different business units and teams.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts
• Help maintain data documentation and ensure proper data governance practices are followed.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis tasks.

What we are looking for:

• Ongoing studies in Economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the data analytics field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
