    Software Development Internship – Summer 2025


    Location: Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania
    Work Mode: On-site
    Contract Type: Part-time (4 hours/day)
    Internship Duration: July 14 – October 14, 2025
     

    About the internship

    Calling all bright students and recent graduates! 

    At fme Romania, we have big plans for you this summer! This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in software development, focusing on modern technologies and industry best practices.


    What you will learn & do

    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java. 
    • Gain an understanding of design patterns, best practices, and unit testing.
    • Learn the fundamentals of web programming using React TypeScript. 
    • Attend relevant technical courses to deepen your expertise in key technologies.
    • Work in an agile team and solve real-world software challenges. 
    • By the end of the internship, you will be able to develop, build, and deploy a web application in the Cloud.

    What you will gain

    • Hands-on experience in software development from concept to deployment. 
    • Collaboration skills in an agile team environment. 
    • A deeper understanding of agile development practices and the software project lifecycle. 
    • Exposure to modern technologies used in the industry.

    Requirements

    We are looking for enthusiastic students or fresh graduates who

    • Have basic knowledge of Java or Python, TypeScript, OOP, and design patterns. 
    • Are passionate about technology and eager to learn. 
    • Have good English language skills. 
    • Are available to work 4 hours per day, from July to October 2025.
