Job Overview:

Our company is looking for a dedicated and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. If you have a solid understanding of accounting principles and are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job scope:
As a Junior Accountant, you will provide support to the finance team by ensuring accurate and efficient management of accounting records and transactions. You will assist in maintaining proper financial documentation, contributing to financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards. Additionally, the role supports the monthly financial closings by performing specific activities assigned to the position and helps improve the overall efficiency of the company's accounting processes.

 Main Responsibilities and related activities

• Records receipts received from customers and periodically checks the documents with them.
• Checks and records business travel reports and advances for settlement.
• Checks the trip sheets and makes checks with the fuel invoices
• Provides support in document archiving.
• Prepares various reports requested by company management

Must-have requirements

• Students or master's students specializing in accounting, as well as candidates with experience in the field.
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, responsibility, desire to learn and team spirit
• Ability to quickly assimilate information and apply it in work activities.
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• English language skills - at least intermediate level
• Works well in a team but also independently
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
