Cerinte

Experience in a similar role: minimum 3 years as a structural/civil designer;
Practical experience in site works;
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Geotechnical Engineering;
Knowledge of concrete structures and steelwork and their design, of construction materials properties and of Geotechnics and their principles;
Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
Availability for travel.

Responsabilitati

Supporting the engineering design activities, mainly referring to the design of civil structures (steel frames and concrete buildings) from the basic design, through detailed design up to construction design (including the details necessary for managing the procurement of materials and construction phases according to national (NTC2018) and international (EC/ACI) structural and architectural codes);
Ensuring the execution of design activities with the best engineering practices;
Preparing technical specifications, calculation notes, purchasing technical documentation, evaluating the technical aspects of the Supplier’s offers, and conducting technical follow-up on the supplies;
Defining the basic design of structures according to the overall plant/facility design;
Supporting the on-site erection activities for civil works;
Coordinating mono-disciplinary working groups;
Identifying and managing the internal and external interfaces (stakeholders within the project delivery framework).
