    General Information:

    Customer Quality Management Team is the interface between our customers and Schaeffler Quality.

    As part of the worldwide Customer Quality Management Team, our Warranty Cost & Dispute Management Team in Iasi is responsible for handling and verification of customer disputes due to Quality/Warranty complaints within SAP System and tracking of Warranty Costs for Schaeffler customers worldwide.

    We are looking for a new colleague with a positive attitude, who enjoys working with numbers & customers and curious to discover the insights of CQM world & its challenges.

    Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Aligning customer disputes with the according Quality complaint information/Warranty Data assigned from customers: checking disputes from commercial point of view, clarify inconsistencies with customers, tracking disputes and Warranty costs;
    • Data analysis within customer portals and internal data (VQTS), resulting dispute handling and respective processing within SAP;
    • Monthly data extraction, actualization and reporting of Warranty Costs including corresponding savings;
    • Contributes to Customer Quality Management support tasks (eg. preparation of reports concerning Warranty Costs for Customer Quality Management/ Plant Management/ BU Management/ Controlling etc.), based on request;
    • Support in preparation of customer visits for global Quality complaints negotiation;
    • Support of customer service during the selection process of external/rework service providers, including creation of WBS elements.

    A mentor will guide you step by step to take over your own responsibility, after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

    Your Qualifications:
    • Student at a University in a relevant field (Business Studies, Economics, Finance, Quality);
    • Good writing, reading and speaking English skills;
    • Writing, reading and speaking German skills are a plus;
    • Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point);
    • SAP knowledge is a plus;
    • Knowledge of Customer Portals (B2B, Covisint, etc.) is a plus.
