    Your Key Responsibilities

    In your position as Senior Consultant HR IT SuccessFactors Learning your main Tasks and Scope of Work are:

    • As a member of an international team in HR-IT you are responsible for the global IT operations of SuccessFactors Learning Management module, and you lead and steer the continuous improvement and service management in a professional manner;

    • Build up and strengthen Schaeffler's support model for the Learning Management and module with external providers and manage all related activities such as planning, execution, service delivery and escalations;

    • Manage and configure integration of Learning management with SuccessFactors suite and other relevant modules;

    • Ensure efficient and effective system operations including an effective change process for new releases and business requirements to support the global service for Learning Management and related processes;

    • Create technical concepts such as 3rd party integrations and develop support and operation documentation as well as ensure needed cross-collaboration within the Schaeffler IT organization;

    • Document technical configurations and settings based on implementation workbooks;

    • Ensure good collaboration and ongoing knowledge transfer to our external service support organization to deliver on time and within approved budget;

    • Explicitly participate as work package lead in strategic transformation projects to development and optimize Schaeffler's HR Cloud platform.

    Your Qualifications

    • Academic degree in computer science, business management or related field with focus on IT;

    • Profound knowledge of the SuccessFactors Learning Management and module including implementation and configuration experience;

    • Experience in managing external implementation partners and service providers for operating a global IT cloud solution;

    • Good understanding of integration of Learning management with SuccessFactors Employee profile , Competency and Talent management;

    • Good understanding of other SuccessFactors area like Employee profile, RBP and Talent management will be add-on;

    • Should be able to prepare and present design and architecture proposals to various stakeholders internally and externally;

    • Good understanding of HR business functions/processes, esp. around master data management and HR processes;

    • Several years practical work experience in the HR technology field as Subject Matter Expert, project lead or IT service manager desired;

    • Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;

    • Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;

    • Fluent in English language (written & spoken) and preferably in German;

    • Willingness to travel.
