    Requirements:
    We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
    • Bachelor in IT or related is a must (Master an asset)
    • 5-8 years of Microsoft 365 experience, with a particular focus on Power Platform & SharePoint (custom) solutions
    • Minimum 3 years experience in building Power Platform solutions (including Model driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate)
    • Working experience in DevSecOps tools/tech: Github, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
    • Programming experience, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell scripting, Typescript
    • Strong knowledge of Agile/scrum theory, rules and practices
    • Fluent in English both verbal and written, with great presentation and communication skills.

    As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be joining our AD/01 tech studio and you will report to the Regional IT Manager Modern Workplace. Technology is vital to AD/01 and we support and accelerate tech transformation and IT optimization.     Key responsibilities of your role:
    Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

    • Collaboration: Engage with all local BeCSE partners to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and identify opportunities for Power Platform solutions. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements to provide additional Business capabilities with a clear Business Case in collaboration with the business partners

    • Development: Build and configure Power Platform applications and workflows, integrating them with different data sources and systems training. Provide training and knowledge transfer to all BeCSE stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively use and maintain Power Platform solutions. Regularly report on Power Platform product backlog with the different involved stakeholders.

    • Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with their Power Platform solutions. Resolve technical problems as 3rd level, maximize solution usability, enhance user effectiveness and readiness. From the other side, support the team in backlog item estimation and sprint planning.

    • Best Practices: Advice on best practices for Power Platform development, governance, and security. Follow Ahold Delhaize Group change management and life-cycle management policies and procedures.
