    What you'll be doing:
    o Project Management: Supervise the planning, execution, and end to end delivery of engineering projects. Ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals. Be proactive in chasing for progress.
    o Customer Communication: Clearly articulate and communicate project status, potential risks, and any issues that may arise.
    o Prioritization & Roadmap: Collaborate with engineering and PMO leadership to define project roadmaps and prioritize work so that the team focuses on the most critical tasks.
    o Continuous Improvement: help drive improvements in software delivery speed, quality, and team collaboration.
    o Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and work proactively with the team to address them.What you'll bring:
    o Project Management Experience: experience leading software engineering projects or similar technical projects. Experience with Go to Market activities
    o Agile Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
    o Experience with DevOps Practices: An understanding of DevOps principles, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery is a plus.
    o Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to interact in partnership with both technical and non-technical counterparts.
    o Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues early, mitigate risks, and proactively find solutions.
    o Time Management & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet timelines efficiently.Tools you should be comfortable with:
    o Project Management: intermediate to advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana or similar platforms.
    o Documentation: intermediate to advanced Confluence usage.
    o Marketing: hands on practice of tools to communicate and promote progress, such as Viva Engage.
    o Time Management: intermediate on Clarity.
