Project Management Office � Support Officer

You work in the exciting world of innovation!

As a PMO Support Officer you play a meaningful role in turning ideas into reality. You will be responsible for much of the administrative work around a project. From the planning phase of the project and throughout its execution, you support project managers and project teams, so project goals are optimally achieved!

Your day kicks off with a review of the tasks on the project management Kanban (planner) board. You dive into high-priority topics, taking charge and making things happen. Throughout the day, you navigate through various tools like MS Office, SharePoint, MS-Project, SAP, and more, solving project-related tasks.

• You support the planning and execution of R&D projects in the field of Electrification, Automation, or Digitalization.
• You ensure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
• You assist the project managers in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, project reports and project plans.
• You complete project management administrative tasks such as following up on purchase orders, project reports, and documents.
• You help project managers supervise project progress.
• You foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables

• You have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management roles or other related roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint. Ideally you have basic user experience with SAP, but this is not a must.
• Good attention to detail, self-organization and multitasking skills
• You are a great teammate and can work with multicultural teams within our international setup
• Proficiency in English
• Project management certifications, e.g. Certified in Project Management (CAPM) or similar could give you an advantage
