- Always-on online sales strategy and lead generation on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, Linkedin Ads and YouTube.
- Lead generation strategy for targeted campaigns.
- Ensure the implementation of targeted sales campaigns (regional, drive traffic, etc.) in paid media.
- Execute the strategy to achieve digital objectives (increasing the number of myPPC accounts, mobile app downloads, increasing the number of digital self-service actions, such as bill payment, etc.) on various paid platforms.
- Work with internal and external teams to build, implement, measure, and adjust the inbound marketing strategy for demand generation (optimizing funnels, develop/improve digital assets, technical configurations, and nurturing streams).
- Collaborate with internal teams (communication, product, online, etc.) to understand business directions, products, and the overall vision to effectively promote the organization's products and services.
- Collaborate with performance agencies, data analytics, CRO, and ensure that useful information is communicated to them in a timely manner.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends and anticipate buyer persona needs, while developing a solid understanding of the target audience to maximize ROI.
- Develop digital research analyses, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to increase campaign ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide ideas for developing digital sales strategies.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing efforts and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop and maintain reports, make presentations for internal and external use.
- Evaluate new trends/technologies that enable a boost in process efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital role, agency or client.
- At least 3 years of implementing / manage Google Adwords campaigns, programatic or/and media.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar areas is considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge with proven experience in paid channels and platform (Google Adwords, DV 360, Facebook Ads, Youtube ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, Linkedin Ads)
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and other reporting tools - understanding, custom reporting & attribution modeling.
- Experience in working with Looker Studio, Power Bi ot any other analyzing and visualizing raw data tool.
- Previous experience in energy industry is prefered but not mandatory.
- Proven track-record of successful campaigns.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform creative strategies effectivel
- Google Ads Certification or any other related certification will be apreciated.
