British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern (Fixed Term) in Bucharest.

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various functions, assisting with daily operations and contributing to employee engagement activities. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, learn about workforce management, and develop essential skills in a professional setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support HR department with different content creation & adaptation based on identified needs and objectives using appropriate methods.
• Maintain and update organization charts (prepare, maintain and distribute regular HR reports for line managers (recognition, Head Count, etc.)
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure proper flow of communication and execution of planned initiatives and projects (Join-Move-Leave process, Global Graduate program, employee engagement & training initiatives).
• Support HR department with integration for all training programmes at national level.
• Work closely with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Drive self-development as per individual development plan

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Economics, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good analytical skills - capability of turning data into business information; high level of Microsoft Office suites knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Fast learner and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, strong decision-making skills
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
