What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is a plus.
Fluent in English and German/French
Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce

Responsabilitati

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify inbound leads (MQLs) through tailored communication (email, phone, chat) to identify opportunities.
Nurture leads by sharing relevant content and tracking engagement to maximize conversions.
Maintain CRM excellence (Salesforce) by logging interactions, managing data, and generating insightful reports.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Order Handling teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Provide valuable feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
