PRODUCTION PROCESS SUPPORT INTERNSHIP

What will you do?

• Provide support in a specific production area
• Specific Duties:

-get involved along with the Production Cell Structure into the daily actions established in the Daily Direction Setting

-participate in the analysis of production processes for efficiency improvements and provide support for the Process Lead for daily,weekly and monthly reports

-support the production team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards

-help in maintaining documentation related to production (Autonomous Maintenance), including process flows and provide coaching/training to the line team members

-collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations

-create specific One Point Lesson’s (work instructions)

-offer support for the Production Cell Lead for daily tasks & activities

Who are we looking for?

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering , Automation , Robotics or related field);
• Ability to solve problems,evaluate,plan and organize work
• Ability to work as part of a team and gain commitment
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Motivation to learn and grow as professional in industrial environment;
• Proficient in using MS Office;
• English language;

• Full time program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Salaty (gross): 5500 lei/month
• Period: July 1 – September 30, 2025
• Location: JTI Romania Manufacturing : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
