    Requirements:

    We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

    University degree (preferably).
    2+ years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Automation platform.You have a growth mindset, are constantly looking for opportunities to improve what we do and how we do it.
    Experience with mapping and building customer journeys in email marketing channel, but preferably across multiple channels.
    Experience in AMPScript, a solid understanding of SQL and Javascript/HTML is a big plus.
    Experience working with CRM data and gather insights from data / analyzing running campaigns based on customer data.
    Experience with A/B testing campaigns for different audiences and translating business needs into smooth campaigns.

    It goes without saying that so-called ‘soft skills’ are just as important as their ‘hard’ cousins. We highly value:

    Strong communicative skills and attention to details.
    Good level of English required.

This is a journey, we test and experiment, we innovate and push boundaries. As CRM Marketing Automation Specialist you will be at the forefront of this transition. Your goal: grow and optimize the capability of targeted customer communication for Ahold Delhaize brands. How? Through designing and implementing automation workflows and campaigns in the Salesforce platform in combination with new processes to drive customer traffic and loyalty in an omnichannel way.

    By shaping, sharing, and scaling the best digital strategies, solutions, and support across all our brands, we accelerate omnichannel success for the entire organization. The small changes designed by our digital department multiply exponentially to benefit our brands customers and our businesses.


    Key responsibilities of your role:

    As CRM Marketing Automation Specialist you are responsible for the set-up, optimization and experimentation of marketing journeys and data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You have the ability to build, change and own the journeys and channels in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and also in other digital channels (eg. Loyalty and e-commerce platform back-offices etc.). This is done by evaluating and scaling best practice journeys, collaborating with local brand teams and various technical experts.

    Work together with a team of (internal and external) designers, content specialists, developers to build advanced data driven campaigns.
    Build, test and deploy campaigns and (cross-channel) digital marketing journeys.
    Responsible for data processing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    Proactively identify data driven opportunities for generating business value using Salesforce technology.
    Responsible for selected CRM segment campaigns and their complete management and execution.
