Requirements
Absolvent de studii superioare;
Atestat de Inspector resurse umane;
Experienta minim 3 ani in salarizare;
Cunostinte avansate de operare PC, Microsoft Office;
Permis Cat B;
Cunostinte solide privind legislatia muncii si sistemul romanesc de salarizare (administrare personal: termene operare in Revisal – angajare noua, incetare, act aditional, suspendare; salarizare: lucrul cu pontaje, verificare si completare certificate concediu medical, D112, note contabile, stat de plata);
Capacitatea de lucra cu termene precise; de organizare si analiza;
Competente in luarea deciziilor si asumarea responsabilitatilor.
Responsibilities
Responsabilitati:
evidenta prezentei la lucru a personalului de la sediul societatii si din santiere,
urmarirea intocmirii corecte a pontajelor de catre cei desemnati sa le execute;
calculul salariilor;
intocmire state de plata; fluturasi de salariu;
administrarea bazei de date si a dosarelor de personal;
intocmirea contractelor de munca si a tuturor actelor asociate: decizii, fise de post, adeverinte, acte aditionale;
evidenta si inregistrarea concediilor de odihna, concediilor medicale, invoirilor, nemotivatelor;
gestiunea tichetelor de masa;
gestiunea asigurarilor suplimentare de sanatate;
intocmirea dosarelor pentru recuperarea de la FNUASS a indemnizatiei pentru incapacitate temporara de munca;
completarea si transmiterea REGES;
statistici lunare catre INS si comunicarea externa cu diverse institutii de resort – Inspectorate Teritoriale de Munca, Case de Asigurari de Sanatate, Case de Pensii, Agentii pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca, Administratii Financiare etc.;
monitorizarea permanenta a legislatiei muncii si adaptarea activitatii la modificarile legislative din domeniu.
