Performs verification/configuration/level 1 support operations for communications and network equipment.

Responsabilitati

-Support remote (on the phone, email, skype, teams, remote connections, etc for all users)"
-Level 1 support for troubleshoot communication equipment in Big/medium size Stores.
-Perform Level 1 support tasks including network related activities (monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration of equipment, etc)
-Periodic formalization of most frequent issues reported by end-users
-Periodic formalization/update of Level1 end-user related procedures that are no longer up to date in order to reflect the most recent know-how
-Publishing in Knowledge Base any time a new solution is found to an incident or issue
-SPOC for all interactions between end-users and support teams
-Open tickets in Unity – ticketing application of the Group and follow-up until closure
-Monthly reconciliation and reporting of laptops/workstations between CMDB and all other technical administration consoles
-Ensure Knowledge Transfer for all new internal employees that provide support for users
-Ensure similar level of knowledge and expertise for all team members, regardless of their location (remote, On-site HQ and Network, etc)
-Perform quality checks for incidents and requests (solved and in progress) and present them in weekly reports.
-Other IT specific tasks.
