    Cerinte

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field;
    -Proficiency in analyzing security logs, network traffic, and system logs to detect incidents;
    -Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, FTP, SSH, SSL/TLS, HTTP) and network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs);
    -Hands-on experience with security tools such as WAF, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS;
    -Relevant certifications (CySA+, CSA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
    -Proficiency in Windows, Linux/Unix, and other operating systems for security event analysis;
    -Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously;

    Responsabilitati

    -Perform Level 1 support tasks including Security related activities
    -Periodic formalization/update of Level1 end-user related procedures that are no longer up to date in order to reflect the most recent know-how
    -Publishing in Knowledge Base any time a new solution is found to an incident or issue
    -SPOC for all interactions between end-users and support teams
    -Follow the rules of “Clean Desk” in IT rooms
    -Open tickets in Unity – ticketing application of the Group and follow-up until closure;
    -Monthly reconciliation and reporting of laptops/workstations between CMDB and all other technical administration consoles.
    -Ensure Knowledge Transfer for all new internal employees that provide support for users
    -Ensure similar level of knowledge and expertise for all team members, regardless of their location (remote, On-site HQ and Network, etc)
    -Perform quality checks for incidents and requests (solved and in progress) and present them in weekly reports.
    -Other IT specific tasks required.
