    Role summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced comms professional, enthusiastic about all things Employer Brand, to join London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), partnering with our Engineering Division to help attract the best talent.

We are enjoying a period of significant growth and have ambitious targets to attract, engage and retain the best engineers across multiple global locations, at scale and pace. Currently in design phase, we are building an insights-led, multi-media, innovative/creative campaign solution, targeted to give LSEG the edge in highly competitive tech markets. Key to this will be differentiating what Engineering means at LSEG, reshaping perceptions, and positioning our vision to be a customer-centric and product-led leader, through the power of our people and brand.

You will bring depth of employer branding capability and experience, excellent vendor and project management skills and take a data and performance-led approach. You'll be confident working on complex, large scale multi-media campaigns in fast-paced, high-performance environments. This is the kind of branding challenge that rarely comes along - and for the right candidate, it's a truly inspiring opportunity to do their best work and achieve fantastic outcomes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to LSEG's global growth ambitions by supporting how we communicate our employment proposition to senior and specialist talent. You'll help bring our brand to life across a range of channels -- from digital platforms, film and social media to CRM, employee advocacy, out-of-home and more -- ensuring our messaging connects with the right audiences in the right way.

You'll grow your knowledge in employer branding, talent acquisition and technology -- working alongside world-class engineers, recruiters and subject matter experts. Expect real insight into hiring trends, market intelligence and the evolving global talent landscape.

This is a global role, open for fixed term (two years).

    What you'll be doing:

    • Support in the creation, design, and delivery of LSEG's Engineering Recruitment Marketing Campaign, collaborating with trusted vendors and our internal cross-functional SME teams.
    • Expertise in audience segmentation - particularly Engineering/Tech, employee brand advocacy, and inclusive attraction strategies.
    • Project manage and support in the delivery of brand campaigns using multiple channels, including, but not limited to digital, film and social media.
    • Support active management and engagement with candidates using social media, ensuring compliance.
    • Monitor and measure the success of our brand presence and campaigns to ensure we are optimising the best performing solutions and delivering the highest return on investment.
    • Drive impactful and efficient approaches to targeted media campaigns. Create clear metrics for success for channels and track and report on these.
    • Brand champion - ensuring alignment to LSEG brand guidelines.
    • Third party supplier management to build the best partnership and outcomes.
    • Trusted advisor to TA on brand campaigns designed to attract target talent.
    • Deliver excellent customer management - project management, reporting, data, and budget management delivery etc.
    • Manage brand integrity by equipping recruitment teams with the engaging and relevant materials, campaigns, and content to empower them to optimise performance and impact of candidate engagements.
    • Analytical approach, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive employer brand performance.

    What you'll bring:

    • Experienced EVP, Employer Brand SME, or related marketing professional.
    • Experience of Engineering/Technology and I&D attraction strategies.
    • High degree of project management capability.
    • Business partner liaison/customer/vendor management experience at all levels.
    • Builds powerful relationships, good networker, and ability to influence.
    • Excellent online and social media skills.
    • Strong digital marketing direct experience.
    • Experience with and knowledge of multi-geography attraction campaigns.
    • A problem-solver with a sharp analytical mentality -- able to turn data and insights into meaningful narratives that guide decision-making.
    • Accountability of the plan and outcomes.
    • Creative capability -- confident in developing clear, effective creative briefs and collaborating with third-party suppliers, internal brand and marketing teams, all while respectful of LSEG brand guidelines.
    • Good communicator/storyteller, experienced writing both business presentations and talent attraction communications.
    • Comfortable working at pace, handling multiple priorities and within ambiguity.
    • Excellent English language skills.
