Our Global Technology Center in Bucharest is looking for bright, curious minds to join our 2025 Internship Program across 12 exciting areas. You'll be part of a supportive, inspiring environment and contribute to impactful technology projects that shape the future of beauty.

The IT Summer Internship Program will take place from August 18 to October 24.

Internship Opportunities:

• Cybersecurity – Help protect global systems and digital assets through risk analysis, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Data & Analytics – Analyze and interpret data to drive insights that support smarter, data-informed business decisions.
• Frontend Development – Create intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces that bring our beauty experiences to life.
• Backend Development – Build and maintain robust, scalable systems that power our applications and services.
• Project Management – Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects with cross-functional teams.
• Scrum Master – Support agile team ceremonies, track progress, and help ensure on-time, high-quality sprint delivery.
• Business Analysis – Gather and define business and technical requirements to enhance systems and optimize processes.
• Cloud Engineering – Help build and automate cloud infrastructure using modern tools and technologies.
• Cloud FinOps – Support cloud cost tracking, usage analysis, and financial reporting to optimize cloud investments.
• Infrastructure Engineering – You will be working with technologies related to Windows platforms, management tools like SCCM and Intune, as well as MacOS landscapes. 
• Cross-Functional Services Intern – Contribute to change and release management efforts, ensuring smooth IT operations.
• Tech Operations Engineer in Retail – Assist with technology support and solutions that elevate the in-store retail experience.
