Job Description

Are you passionate about turning customer data into actionable insights? We're looking for a CRM Data Analyst to help us better understand and engage our customer base through smart reporting, campaign analysis, and data-driven support for key business initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and report on customer base evolution, helping the business make informed decisions;

• Deliver performance reports for Call Center and Net Promoter Score (NPS) trends;

• Run and evaluate SMS campaigns targeting specific customer groups;

• Provide support for the GDPR permissions collection initiative in stores;

• Contribute to the ARES Program by updating data (closed companies, former employees, key accounts), sending SMS notifications, and preparing related reports and evaluations.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Knowledge of Retail / Wholesale business operations (METRO experience is a big plus);

• Experience or strong interest in SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery and Looker;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills - you enjoy working with others across functions;

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and business processes;

• Interest in both data analysis and understanding the business logic behind CRM activities.
