Responsabilitati

What you will do in this role

As an Insurance Specialist on our team, you will:

· Build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction levels and trust

· Identify customer needs, assess risks, and provide the best insurance solutions.

· Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations

· Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure consistent customer experience

· Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
