Requirements

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, attention to detail, and proficiency in Exact Online. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting tax compliance while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting department.

Responsibilities

General Accounting:
oProcess financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments in Exact Online.
oReconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
oMonitor and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments

Financial Reporting:
oAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management

Tax Compliance:
oCollaboarte with the 3rd party company for preparing VAT returns and other tax filings, ensuring compliance with Dutch tax regulations.
oMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax rules and regulations.

Process Improvement:
oHelp optimize accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the use of Exact Online
oCollaborate with team to improve financial workflows.

Education:
oBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
