Cerinte

Minimum 2 ani de experienta anterioara intr-o pozitie similara;
Cunostinte solide de legislatie a muncii si resurse umane;
Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune si de a gestiona eficient multiple proiecte;
Excelente abilitati de coordonare, capacitate de a lua decizii, organizare si comunicare;
Cunostinte avansate de Revisal si Microsoft Office;
Limba engleza - nivel mediu.

Responsabilitati

Elaboreaza si implementeaza politicile si procedurile de HR ale companiei
Recruteaza angajatii noi;
Dezvolta si implementeaza programe de formare si dezvoltare pentru angajati;
Administreaza eficient beneficiile si compensatiile angajatilor;
Gestioneaza relatiile de munca si rezolva eficient posibilele conflicte;
Asigura conformitatea cu legislatia in vigoare, in domeniul resurselor umane.
