We’re looking for someone who:

Is passionate about financial accounting;
Has solid knowledge of both Romanian accounting standards and IFRS;
Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Qualifications

diploma in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Is able to support and unite your team, ensuring efficient collaboration and goal achievement

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities

Leading the financial and accounting teams alongside the CFO at a production site;
Managing all accounting operations (general, auxiliary, and analytical) and preparing the balance sheet in compliance with Romanian standards and IFRS;
Establishing, verifying, and filing all tax returns (VAT, CVAE, Corporate Tax, etc.) with the utmost precision;
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, legal, administrative, and regulatory obligations (including IFRS);
Overseeing the audit process in collaboration with statutory auditors;
Participating in budgeting processes and reporting financial results to the Group (monthly, quarterly, and annually);
Ensuring efficient internal control with monthly account reconciliations;
Contributing to cash flow management and optimizing financial processes;
Ensuring compliance with legal, administrative, and regulatory obligations, including in the Legal Secretariat.
Additionally, you will be involved in:

Developing and optimizing financial and accounting information systems to support company growth (Invoicing, Stock, Accounting, BI Reporting, etc.).
