Offer and Order Management Coordinator

A Snapshot of Your Day:

You will be part of a young and motivated team from the Offshore Service/Grid Access division in Hamburg (Germany) with an extensive portfolio of different order cases, e.g. change orders, new orders, warranty, spare parts business, product trainings.

How You will Make an Impact:

• Creating offers in SAP
• Creating sales orders in SAP
• Creating order confirmations in SAP
• Data entry in SalesForce
• Clarifying and updating delivery date changes from customer side
• Tracking order confirmations
• Tracking delivery dates and logistical milestones
• Active participation in the optimization of processes
• Regular reports to the immediate superior on the management of sales orders.
• Coordinating and creating of product trainings

What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience in order and offer management and working with SAP; basic technical understanding, excellent MS Office skills
• Professional experience with good written and verbal communication skills, structured way of working, quality awareness, ability to work in a team, strong self-organization skills
• Experience in international cooperation
• Business fluent in English, basic knowledge in German preferable
