Proven experience as a mechanic in the construction or heavy equipment sector
Ability to work independently
Experience in supervising or coordinating small teams
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and diesel engines
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of workshop safety and quality standards

Responsabilitati

Carry out mechanical maintenance and repair activities on heavy equipment, construction vehicles, and machinery
Diagnose mechanical faults and perform preventive and corrective actions
Supervise and coordinate the work of workshop personnel (mechanics, helpers, etc.)
Plan daily workloads and allocate tasks efficiently
Monitor equipment condition and ensure timely interventions to avoid downtime
Ensure that all workshop operations comply with safety standards and company procedures
Maintain proper records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
Support procurement team in identifying mechanical parts and tools needed
Report to management on equipment status and workshop performance
Train and guide junior mechanics or new workers as needed
