Team Leader - Maintenance - Electric Motors

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address issues.
• Create and enforce maintenance schedules to ensure timely and effective maintenance activities.
• Manage and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to reduce the risk of equipment failure.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader or similar role;
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment;
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
