Vienna Insurance Group Management Service SRL (VIG MS) is the group owned IT Service provider for all Romanian entities (Asirom, BCR Life Insurance and Omniasig) of Vienna Insurance Group.
We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Business Process Analyst with deep knowledge in Non-Life Insurance business processes (especially Billing & Collection and/or Insurance Accounting), to perform business analysis and design/optimize business flows, implement, improve, maintain, document, test insurance IT applications administrated within our IT Non-Life Dev/Op Department.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in insurance business, especially Billing & Collection and/or Insurance Accounting – premium collections, claim payments, refunds, dunning, settlements flows.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or economics field;
• Experience in insurance industry;
• Good insurance business overview and capacity of having a comprehensive end-to-end business overview;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills: ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive documentation and design/propose solutions, which can be understood by both Business and IT;
• Results and customer orientation;
• Analytical mindset;
• Initiative, decision-making capacity and taking responsibility;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• English knowledge – medium to advance level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Active participant in business process design/optimization, actively participates in business and functional analysis meetings and proposes/designs solutions;
• Interpret and clarify business needs, translate business requirements into functional requirements understood by Business and IT, propose efficient design and solutions fitting business requirements;
• Document business (functional) specifications.;
• Project Management Support (follow-up of tasks, execution of business requirements, escalation of incidents, validation of deliverables);
• Coordinates UAT - user training and support;
• Develop scenarios and cases for the testing process and actively participates in tests;
• Provides support in managing the relationship with the internal client and external providers for changes and complex incidents.
