Qualifications
• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong sales and performance record
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of merchandising and store systems
• Fluent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
• Based in Cluj (onsite role only)
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
• Schedule shifts and assign daily tasks
• Recruit, train, and coach staff
• Monitor attendance and manage conflicts
Sales & Customer Service
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Implement promotions and upselling strategies
• Deliver outstanding customer service
Inventory Control
• Receive and verify stock
• Conduct cycle counts and full inventories
• Prevent shrinkage and manage transfers
Cash & Financial Oversight
• Supervise cash register operations
• Control store expenses
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures
Visual Merchandising
• Maintain planograms and in-store displays
• Train team on merchandising standards
Store Compliance & Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Customer Experience
• Resolve customer escalations
• Uphold brand service standards
• Reporting & Admin
• Submit daily sales, inventory, and staffing reports
• Maintain accurate employee records
Scheduling & Shift Coverage
• Store hours: 10:00 – 22:00 (AM, Mid, PM shifts)
• Workdays: 5 days/week
• Weekend rotation (monthly):
• 1 full weekend off
• 1 Saturday shift
• 1 Sunday shift
• (5-week months: 2 full weekends on, 1 off)
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: RON 5,000–7,000/month (net)
• Performance Bonus: Monthly sales commission
• Meal Tickets: 25 lei/day
• Medical Coverage: Private subscription
• Clothing Allowance: RON 2,500–2,750 per season
• Business Travel: Company-arranged car (as needed)
